Dissertation-The Impact of Illustrations and Infographics in Travelling-Research

This is my blog that will contain everything that is linked to my dissertation. Research, quotes, graphics, images taken and downloaded will go in here as well as my dissertation. Also, feedback from my mentor will also go in here as this will also serve as a diary of all meetings that I have with my mentor regarding this.

To begin, I am going to write an introduction to the dissertation by detailing what an infographic is and what they tell me and what makes it tick and what it informs me etc. This will be a short paragraph of up to about 150 words max.

I will add an image of an example infographic to the beginning of the dissertation, however relevant it is to the subject to the dissertation in question and then begin writing the dissertation.

I used this image from Colorlib of a travel infographic as an image to begin the dissertation:

It is an inappropriate infographic, but the subject is travel, so I thought that this would fit the bill as an opening image for this dissertation. The dissertation will be about 6000 words or so. There will be words included such as references and introduction and contents of the dissertation, the 6000 words will be the dissertation, the references and contents etc will be outside of that, they will be additional.
